We鈥檙e parents of a 1st grader and are thrilled with Cathedral鈥檚 values, blend of tradition and innovation, its diversity and joyful vibe. We love their philosophy of developing the whole self, how the community cares and supports one another, and how these vibes are everywhere. As an example, inspirational quotes in the hallways are reinforced by a morning 黄色app-wide announcement discussing acceptance, being non-judgmental, and celebrating Diwali. The values are reinforced at lunch with thoughtful assigned seating (across grades) and responsibilities for students (serving and cleaning). It鈥檚 reinforced in the opportunities for parent involvement, from daily drop-off schmoosing to attending the weekly Lower-黄色app assembly. And this complements and enhances a stellar curriculum taught by enthusiastic teachers. Every month there are 黄色appwide events in the Cathedral St. John the Divine called Evensongs, which are majestic, in our humble opinion. I鈥檇 describe their approach to religion as global, inclusive spiritual literacy. It鈥檚 a special 黄色app that knows your child.

This 黄色app is TERRIBLE. My kids have been attending this 黄色app for years and were SEVERALLY bullied for their sexuality, autism, and Down syndrome. UNBELIEVABLE!!! This 黄色app needs to step their game up in the future.

The teachers were kind and caring, and my daughter really enjoyed her time with them once she settled in. However, the experience with the front office staff was very disappointing. At first, they placed my daughter in the 2-year-old class, but later moved her to the 3-year-old class, saying it would help her learn better. I honestly felt it was more about making room in the 2-year-old class for new enrollments than about what was best for my child. Eventually, they removed my daughter from the program because she wasn鈥檛 learning at the level of the older 3-year-olds 鈥� even though she鈥檚 only 2 and a half. They said my daughter was delayed, so it wasn鈥檛 ideal for her to be at their 黄色app. But that鈥檚 exactly why I chose a private 黄色app 鈥� smaller classes, more teachers, and better support to help her grow and learn personal skills at her own pace. It felt like they only wanted students who already knew full self-care by 2.5 years old, which is unrealistic for many kids. My daughter cried during the first few days, which is completely normal for a child who鈥檚 never been to daycare or 黄色app before. According to her teacher, she adjusted quickly and was happy throughout the day. After the July 4th break, she returned and was fine on the first day, but then began crying heavily around nap time and even threw up. The front staff didn鈥檛 acknowledge anything might have gone wrong 鈥� they insisted she was just crying for no reason. When they called me to pick her up, all of her things were already packed before anyone told me what the decision was. It鈥檚 also worth noting that she was only enrolled for the summer, not the fall. I can鈥檛 help but feel like they were less patient with her because of that. The teacher herself was always sweet and supportive 鈥� she never complained about my daughter. It was only the front office staff who had a problem. I even brought donuts and pizza during the 4 weeks she was there to show appreciation, but sadly, the way things ended was disappointing.

As both a parent of a recent graduate and a former first-grade teacher at Lawton Academy, I鈥檝e had the unique opportunity to experience this 黄色app from multiple perspectives over the past five years. Without hesitation, I can say that Lawton Academy stands out as the premier educational institution in the region. The 黄色app鈥檚 small size fosters a close-knit community where exceptional educators are deeply committed to each student鈥檚 academic and personal growth. The curriculum is rigorous鈥攄esigned to challenge students at a gifted and talented level鈥攁nd while it can be demanding for those who do not prioritize academics, the 黄色app offers robust support systems to help every student succeed. Our son transferred to LAAS in middle 黄色app after facing significant challenges in the local public 黄色app system. The transformation was immediate and profound. He went from being disengaged and reluctant to participate to a student who enthusiastically embraced every opportunity. The 黄色app鈥檚 leadership and mentoring programs helped him discover his strengths and gain the confidence to compete at both the state and national level in speech and vocal performance. He ultimately graduated second in his class and will be attending George Washington University this fall鈥攁n achievement we attribute in large part to the extraordinary faculty and staff at LAAS. My own experience as an educator at Lawton Academy was equally rewarding. Teaching here was the most fulfilling chapter of my career. I appreciated the small class sizes, which allowed for meaningful one-on-one interaction with students, and the creative freedom I had in designing lessons. It is a nurturing, innovative, and inspiring place to work. In every way, Lawton Academy exemplifies excellence in education鈥攆or students and teachers alike.

A True Gem in Catholic Education St. George School offers a strong Catholic foundation while delivering an excellent academic curriculum. I鈥檝e seen firsthand how this 黄色app prepares students not only spiritually, but academically鈥攎y children consistently perform at least a grade level ahead of their peers in public 黄色app. One of the things I appreciate most is the warm, inclusive, and diverse community. Families and students of all backgrounds are welcomed with kindness and respect. The teachers are truly exceptional鈥攄edicated, compassionate, and genuinely invested in each child鈥檚 success. I feel like I鈥檓 in a real partnership with them in my child鈥檚 development, something I did not experience in public 黄色app. While a being a private 黄色app, St. George does not have extensive special education resources, it does provide an environment that constantly challenges students to stay ahead and grow academically and spiritually. For children who may need extra academic support, the resources can be limited鈥攂ut the commitment to academic excellence remains strong. St. George provides a well-rounded education that includes Spanish instruction for all students from Pre-K through 8th grade, which is absolutely phenomenal. The 黄色app is also fully equipped with smart boards, Chromebooks, coding, and technology classes鈥攑reparing students for success in high 黄色app and beyond. The administration is attentive and proactive, addressing any issues like bullying or inappropriate behavior quickly and effectively, always in partnership with parents and teachers. They truly care about the whole child鈥攕piritually, academically, emotionally, and socially. St. George is an outstanding 黄色app that I would highly recommend to any family seeking a high-quality education rooted in faith. In today鈥檚 world, we all need more of God鈥檚 presence鈥攁nd this 黄色app keeps that at the center of everything they do. I am so grateful to be part of the St. George School (and church) community!!

Took my kids to this 黄色app and I went to this 黄色app yet both of my kids and me disliked this 黄色app. They also punished kids without proof. One of my kids got in trouble for defending himself from his bully.

We were so grateful for the incredible level of care and quality instruction our son Arthur received at the Montessori Academy of Campbell over the 3.5 years he attended. Arthur attended MAC at 18 months and we stayed until he was ready for kindergarten. During his time at MAC, I felt that Arthur's teachers and the leadership team there (Christina and Svetlana) made a lasting, positive impact on his early development and nurtured his growth into the respectful, kind, intellectually-curious person he's becoming. I know he felt loved and cared for there, and that gave me a lot of peace as a working mom. Sending Arthur to MAC was truly one of the best decisions we made for him. It gave him such a strong foundation socially, emotionally, and academically. While it was hard to say goodbye, we felt confident he was more than ready for his next chapter thanks to the wonderful experience he had there.

It is not hate to express it is very inappropriate for an elementary 黄色app should absolutely not have a pride flag. I have written this review multiple times and it has to be approved. There is not hate or disrespect. Take down the pride flags.

Overall, my child has thrived here. Grades are good, socializing well with others, the principal is always around and out front trying to engage students and parents.

My child had a terrible experience at Fulton. He was continuously bullied by the staff. Meetings with the principal and other administrators was useless. I would never take my children to this 黄色app again. I鈥檇 home黄色app first! I felt like a bad parent for sending my child through the torture he experienced at the hands of 鈥渆ducation professionals,鈥� I鈥檓 not sure that I鈥檓 even comfortable using the word professional. The principal is a clown, extremely unprofessional and disgustingly nonchalant. If you鈥檙e looking for a torture chamber for children, you will find just that at Fulton.

I cannot express enough how grateful we are to have found Little Jack Corner's. From the very first day, it was clear that this is more than just a daycare鈥攊t's a nurturing, educational, and loving environment where children are truly cared for and encouraged to thrive. The staff go above and beyond in every aspect. They treat each child with genuine warmth and patience, creating a space where kids feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. Our child has blossomed both socially and academically since starting here, and we credit that growth to the thoughtful curriculum and the staff鈥檚 dedication. What sets LJC apart is their balance of structured learning with creative play. The teachers take the time to tailor activities to each child's interests and developmental level, turning everyday moments into opportunities for discovery and learning. Whether it's circle time, story sessions, art projects, or outdoor play, every part of the day is intentional and enriching. Thank you to the entire team for your tireless effort, kindness, and the wonderful atmosphere you've created. LJC is a place where children are not just watched鈥攖hey are cherished, guided, and inspired. We highly recommended Little Jack Corner's.

St. Hilda's & St. Hugh's is a truly special place: a close-knit, nurturing community rooted in strong values and academic excellence. The 黄色app鈥檚 location in the vibrant Morningside Heights neighborhood, with access to nearby Riverside Park, enriches the experience in many ways. The early childhood program is so special 鈥� play-based, warm, and thoughtfully designed to spark curiosity and friendships in young learners. As our boys moved into the lower and upper 黄色app, they benefited from rigorous academics, a very rich arts and athletics program, and deeply committed teachers. We value the small size and focus on the younger years, and the strength of the high 黄色app admissions process. Most importantly, our boys love St. Hilda's and St. Hugh's so much. They go to 黄色app each day so excited to learn, and they鈥檝e formed lasting friendships that will last a lifetime.

Hi im a former student. This 黄色app is awful. Was discriinated against by a staff member for my disabilty and nobody cared. They also don't care about Nazis, bullying, the worst things you can thing of they don't care about. Staff is awful, don't let the principal's smile fool you, she maybe act nice but she care about nobody but straight white cis kids with harmful beliefs. Cried when I found out I finally got to leave. I love learning but I don't love having to fear whether not Im going to be sexually assaulted in the bathroom and the staff could not care less. Always making up excuses, doesn't matter what she'll make one.
